2014 Blizzard

With this crazy winter, the kids have had fun playing outside. This night it was like blizzard conditions with blowing snow. The kids ventured out in it and played as if they were lost in a blizzard far from home. When they came in they had very rosy cheeks and nose! They were hoping it would be like that again soon!

Getting ready for Santa on Christmas Eve

Karley also lost tooth the night before, so she left a note for the tooth fairy.

Piano/Game night

If my mom comes over for piano lessons early evening, my dad will usually ride along and so it becomes piano/game night. Karley start lessons within the last couple of months also. Somehow pictured below we missed a picture of Josie having her lesson.While someone is having their piano lesson the other ones usually  are playing a game with Grandpa. Once in awhile we will end the night with a sweet treat! Tessa helped make the brownies this night!!

My Little Ponies

The latest play in our house besides LIVE CANDYLAND, I talk about that another time, is playing My Little Ponies. As you can see they have tails, wings, horns and hair pieces! They run around the house "flying" as with each new adventure they take.

Puffy Paint

One snowy cold day the kids and I made homemade puffy paint with some glue, shaving cream and food coloring! It was super easy and fun to do.

Moses

Anna is little baby Moses in her basket getting ready to be put into the water from her mother, Emma, because the pharaoh, Josie, said that all "boy" babies needed to die. The pharaoh's daughter, Karley, eventually takes Moses in with her sister, Willa.

Outside Fun

The kids love being outside especially when there is some fresh snow and the temperature is above freezing! Here are some backyard pictures! They love it when they are able to go to Bunker Hill and sled!
